Anisha is a seasoned legal professional, holding a B.A., LL.B degree from the prestigious Symbiosis International University. Further enriching her academic portfolio, she completed her LLM with distinction from Queen Mary, University of London, one of the worlds’ leading law
schools.
Anisha brings with her a wealth of experience spanning across various legal arenas. Upon her return to India, she worked on an array of high-profile cases, including the Fodder Scam, the Bofors Scam, and the landmark Karmanya Singh Sareen vs Union of India case in the Supreme Court, which addressed crucial issues pertaining to data privacy in the context of WhatsApp. Her professional journey also took her to the litigation wing of a top-tier Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) firm, where she honed her skills in this complex legal field. Anisha proficiently works towards client management and represents her clients in the hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

Meet Palak Srivastava, the Corporate Head at Shepherd Law Associates. He then joined Lexstone Group Law Offices as an Associate and drafted Writ Petitions challenging constitutional validity of Look Out Circular (“LOC”) issued by the Investigation Agencies i.e. SFIO, ED, EOW etc. He also has drafted bail applications/PO cancelation application and has been regularly appearing before the various High Courts and District Court of India. (Delhi/Punjab and Haryana/Allahabad High Court.
