The firm advises client on the complex regulatory and legal aspects of employment and labour laws to enable full compliances with all the application laws and provisions. The firm is actively involved in drafting and reviewing of various employment documentation/Agreements and advising on a wide range of labour laws related queries, standardization of employment agreements, HR policies/manuals including structuring of ESOPs, transfer of employees, termination, non-compete issues and the like. The group predominantly represents companies and their management on employment related projects and litigation the team advices and assists clients on the following areas: employment strategy and documentation

  1. Identifying of application labour laws legislations application to client’s industry to assist in complying with the same;
  2. Company policies;
  3. Drafting and phrasing of third-party agreements for providing contract labour;
  4. Employment termination;
  5. Conduct HR compliances audits.
