Anirudh Pandit

Anirudh Pandit is a logic-driven and dedicated Advocate, enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in year 2023. Anirudh earned his LL.B. from Law Centre II, University of Delhi, where he built a strong foundation for his legal career. He began his professional journey at the grassroots level of litigation, starting at the Trial Courts, with a core focus on Criminal Law.
Anirudh is involved in handling a wide spectrum of cases under Criminal Law, including offenses under the Indian Penal Code (IPC), the Prevention of Corruption Act, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, White-Collar Crimes and Financial Scams. Shivam completed his graduation from National Law University, Shimla in 2021 and has been a part of our Dispute Resolution team since November 2024. He has broad experience across Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, Civil Law, Corporate Law, Labour Law, and Service Law.
Shivam brings a strong foundation in legal research, drafting, and litigation support. He has worked on complex matters involving significant questions of law, particularly in Criminal and Service Law, including cases where the Supreme Court has laid down key precedents. He has extensive experience handling Special Leave Petitions and Criminal Appeals before the Supreme Court, as well as Writ Petitions, Criminal Appeals, RFAs, and Quashing Petitions before the Delhi High Court. At Shepherd, he is actively involved in drafting pleadings, conducting in-depth research, and representing clients before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts, and various Tribunals.
